Refund policy

What is your returns policy?

If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 15 days from the date of delivery, please return the item to i-tools and we will replace it with an identical item.

If you think you’ve incorrectly ordered an item within 30 days , there is a charge of 10% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

NO REFUND will be given if you simply change your mind.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been made with I-tools we can not cancel the order.
