i-tools is an internet based direct import company that imports quality power tools and accessories into New Zealand to sell directly to the public, without agents and middle men taking large profit margins. We realised like most things in New Zealand, quality tools are heavily overpriced compared to other parts of the world. But now you have a choice, and you can buy online and SAVE $$$$!

Payment is bank transfer/card over phone or online.

What's your refund policy?
If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 15 days from the date of delivery, please return the item to i-tools and we will replace it with an identical item.
