Why are these power tools so cheap?
We are able to supply cheap air tools and accessories and other power tools because we import and sell direct - with no middle men.What sort of warranty will I get on my power tools?
All our power tools are covered by our full 1 year i-tools trade use warranty, unless covered by special warranties below:
- 3 Years for DeWalt Tools & 1 Year on Batteries and Chargers
- 3 Years for Makita Tools & 1 year on Batteries and Chargers
- 5 Years on Milwaukee Tools, 2 years on Batteries and Chargers
Our warranties cover manufacturing defects, please note that the guarantee does not cover faults arising from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or mistreatment
Do you hold stock of all the power tools on your website?
We hold stock of all our power tools, industrial air tools and air tool equipment and other products, we do not order them in once you order them off us, however with popular product lines or at peak times stock can run out. We will do our best to avoid this!
What is your returns policy?
If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 15 days from the date of delivery, please return the item to i-tools and we will replace it with an identical item.
If you think you’ve incorrectly ordered an item, there is a charge of 10% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
NO REFUND will be given if you simply change your mind.
