Why is the price of the tools so competitive against others?

We are able to supply quality power tools and accessories because we import and sell direct - with no middle men.

 

Do you hold stock of all the power tools on your website?

We hold stock of all our power tools, we do not order them in once you order them off us, however with popular product lines or at peak times stock can run out. We will do our best to avoid this!

What is the quality of the order?

All our orders are brand new and genuine.

Products may be sent out in different Packaging as we recycle our Boxes.


Do I need an account to make a purchase?


No, you don’t need an account.

What payment method do I need to use?

Payment is bank transfer/card over phone or online 

When will my order be shipped?

Order will be shipped same day if payment is placed by 2pm that day.

How can I track my order?

We send tracking numbers when they leave here.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange as long as its unused and the return cost is at the buyers cost.
