All our power tools are covered by our full 1 year i-tools trade use warranty, unless covered by special warranties below:

• 3 Years for DeWalt New Tools & 12 months for Recon Tools
• 3 Years for Makita & Hitachi tools 1 year on batteries.*
• 5 Years on Milwaukee Tools, 2 years on batteries

 

*Selected Makita tools only have 12 month warranty due to the country of origin, including:

• BTP140
• BFR550

 

Do you hold stock of all the power tools on your website?

We hold stock of all our power tools, industrial air tools and air tool equipment and other products, we do not order them in once you order them off us, however with popular product lines or at peak times stock can run out. We will do our best to avoid this!

 

What is your returns policy?

Our return policy gives you 15 days from the date of delivery to return any product, provided it's new, unused and in the original packaging as received. If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 15 days from the date of delivery, please return the item to i-tools and we will replace it with an identical item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
