Warranty

All our power tools are covered by our full 1 year i-tools trade use warranty, unless covered by special warranties below:

  • 3 Years for DeWalt  Power Tools & 1 Year on Batteries and Chargers (Excluding Nailers & Bradders/Staplers . Mitre Saws + Table Saws 1 Year )
  • 3 Years for Makita Power Tools & 1 year on Batteries and Chargers
  • 5 Years on Milwaukee Power Tools,  2 years on Batteries and Chargers .
  • 3 Years on All Inflators 
  • 1 Year Warranty on All Brands of Sanders , Nail guns and Staplers 
  • Chainsaws 3 Years
  • Speedheater / Cobra 1 Year Warranty for HOME USE , Commercial Use 6 Months

  

If your tool does let you down we will send by email a prepaid courier Label for you to send the tool back to us.

Our warranties cover manufacturing defects, please note that the guarantee does not cover faults arising from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage ,  mistreatment , Over Load capacity of tool
