Because we import and sell direct - with no middle men.

What sort of warranty will I get?

 Full  i-tools trade use warranty.
    1 Year for DeWalt New & Recon Tools
    3 Years for Makita & Hitachi tools 1 year on batteries.*
    5 Years on Milwaukee Tools, 1 years on batteries

*Selected Makita tools only have 12 month warranty due to the country of origin

These include the BTP140 and BFR550

We hold stock of all our products, we do not order them in once you order them off us, however with popular product lines or at peak times stock can run out.  We will do our best to avoid this!

What is your returns policy?

Our return policy gives you 15 days from the date of delivery to return any product, provided it's new, unused and in the original packaging as received.  If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 15 days from the date of delivery, please return the item to i-tools and we will replace it with an identical item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

How will my product be delivered?

We send all our goods out with a signature required courier to ensure the safety of your delivery.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa and Mastercard, but are also happy for customers to pay via internet banking or bank deposit.  For immediate despatch, please email or fax through a copy of the internet reciept as proof of payment.  Our bank details are as follows:

I don't like ordering over the internet - how else can I order?

We are primarily an internet based company, however we are happy to accept phone or faxed orders.
